Born 2 Perform October 2022 - Gifford Dancers Gain MAXIMUM MARKS!

This weekend Gifford dancers absolutely excelled in competition, in group, solo, duo and trio routines. The mixed team were awarded MAXIMUM MARKS! They also performed the best routine of the competition and won £150 for the dance school.

The mini team won first place for both of their routines, the junior team placed 2nd and the seniors were awarded first and second place. The GDA team won two wildcards and here is a list of those who placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the solos, duos and trios:

Firstly we need to recognise Lucy, Ruby and Abi were awarded the judges choice medals and Lucy had the highest scoring solo of the day!

1st place solos - Jessica C, Teagan, Emily, Emma, Ruby, and Lucy

2nd place solos - Maisy, Bethan, Ruby

3rd place solos - Jess G, Alivia and Sophia

1st place duos - Maisy and Poppy, Ava and Alexie, Bryher and Ciara, Ruby and Teagan,

2nd place duos - Alivia and Sophie

3rd place duos - Poppy and Bella

1st place trios - Abi, Chloe and Amelia, Bethan, Emily and Sophia, Amelia, Jess and Nanci, Kacy, Lily and Mia

2nd place trios - Hollie, Kara and Keira

1st place in improvisation - Teagan, Ruby and Ivy-Lou
